Application Notes |
Normal goat IgG should be used in Immunoassays at the same concentration as the specific goat polyclonal antibody. For most applications, the reconstituted IgG should be diluted between 1/100 to 1/1000 fold. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
