簡單介紹:
rScyllatoxin
詳情介紹:
Sequence AFCNLRMCQL SCRSLGLLGK CIGDKCECVK H.
Specificity Scyllatoxin inhibits small conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (SK) 1-3.
Characteristics Source: Leiurus quinquestriatus hebraeus (Yellow scorpion).
Molecular formula: C142H237N45O39S7.
Disulfide bonds between Cys3-Cys21, Cys8-Cys26, and Cys12-Cys28.
Purity > 98 %
Background Scyllatoxin inhibits SKCa3 channels heterologously expressed in HEK-293 cells. SKCa3 channel currents, before and after application of 100nM rScyllatoxin. The SKCa currents were elicited by 1μM internal calcium and 200 ms voltage ramps from -140 to +40 mV at the holding potential of 0 mV.
Molecular Weight 3424
Application Notes 20-200 nM
