Specificity | Maurotoxin activity was extensively assayed on a large array of K+ channels, including KCa (KCa1.1, KCa2.1, KCa2.2, KCa2.2, KCa3.1), KCNA (KCNA1, KCNA2 and KCNA3) and Shaker B K+ currents and seems to be very potent blocker of either KCa3.1 and KCNA2 channels3. |
