產品詳情
簡單介紹:
Mouseanti-HumanIgG(FcRegion),(HeavyChain)Antibody(FITC)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Fusion protein of human IgG Fc fragment. |
Clone | EM-07 |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Specificity | The antibody EM-07 reacts with Fc part of human IgG heavy chain and with isolated Fc fragments. |
Characteristics | The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC. |
Background | Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150 kDa soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75 % of the total plasma immunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins. |
Molecular Weight | 150 kDa |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes |
The FITC conjugate is designed for direct immunofluorescence analysis. Suggested working dilution is 2 - 5 μg/mL. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator. |
Comment |
Excitation/Emission wavelength: 494 nm/514 nm |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Format | Liquid |
Concentration | 0.1 mg/mL |
Buffer | The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide and 0.2 % (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent. |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. |
Storage | 4 °C |
Storage Comment | Store in the dark at 2-8 °C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent. However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user. |
